Cardiff University Student takes +10's Web Design Prize
As a part of continuing efforts to support new web designers +10 Technologies sponsor a prize for the best 1st year website in Internet Computing at Cardiff University's School of Computing. All students who take this module have to design an interactive web site to promote a forthcoming film. They need to show how tickets for the premier can be reserved and user acounts created. They also need to show good skills in various internet technologies.
The winner, Adam Thompson 21 from Bradford, created an interactive site using PHP, HTML and Flash. He is shown below being presented with the prize cheque by Gavin Powell, lecturer of the course and a director at +10.
